Machine OperatorThe role includes setting up and adjusting machinery, loading and sealing cartons, moving finished products to pallets, and ensuring accurate labeling. Regular inspections, machine lubrication, and maintaining a clean work area are essential. Basic math skills, chart reading, and safe operation are required, with the ability to lift up to 62 pounds. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $24/hr.-$30/hr.
