Machine Operator | $17$19/hr + 20 Hours Built-In OT
Looking for steady hours and plenty of overtime? Join a growing manufacturing team producing automotive materials used in dashboards and convertible soft tops.
Location: Acton, MA
Pay: $17$19/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday | 6:00 AM6:00 PM
Overtime: Approximately 20 hours of OT built into the weekly schedule What Youll Do
* Operate large production and manufacturing machines
* Monitor materials throughout the production process
* Inspect products for defects and quality
* Pack, label, and prepare finished products
* Complete basic production paperwork
* Keep your work area clean and organized
* Work with your team to meet daily production goals
* Follow all required safety procedures
What Were Looking For
* Machine operating, manufacturing, production, warehouse, or general labor experience
* Comfortable working around large industrial machines
* Able to stand for extended periods
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Strong attention to quality and safety
* Reliable and comfortable working overtime

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Acton, MA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.50/hr.
