Finishing Machine OperatorBaesman Group is hiring Finishing Machine Operators to run equipment that completes printed products—cutting, folding, inserting, and preparing jobs for final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and making sure the final product meets quality expectations.Your responsibilities will include:Operating finishing equipment (cutters, folders, inserters, etc.)Keeping production moving while meeting daily output goalsChecking quality and making adjustments when something isn't rightTracking production and completing required documentationHelping reduce downtime by identifying and addressing issues earlyYou're the final step before the product reaches the customer.
