We offer competitive benefits (medical, vision, dental) as well as Short Term disability, 401k, and eligibility for year-end bonus!In this role, you will:Set up, maintain and operate machinery, while ensuring the interminable and efficient production runningSet up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycleControl and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machinesInspect parts with precision and measuring toolsTest operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shiftCheck output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flawsKeep records of approved and defective units or final productsMaintain activity logsOperate hand tools and other equipment.Maintain company equipment and tools.This position primarily works in a heavy manufacturing environment where the ability to work in a variety ofHigh school diploma or GED required.Experience working in manufacturing, preferred.Need problem-solving capabilities and ability to work productively as part of a teamMechanical ability and attention to detail, required.Knowledge of safety policies and procedures.Must be trustworthy and dependableGood communication and interpersonal skills
