Machine OperatorWe are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team across all three shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will operate blow-mold, grinders, trimmer machines, and conveyor systems, ensuring the production of high-quality plastic products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting process problems and performing minor maintenance to maintain the smooth operation of the production line.ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with corporate and plant safety standards and applicable regulations.Operate blow-mold machines, including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines, to produce quality bottles and perform audits, weights, and quality checks.Adhere to quality control and blow mold process procedures.Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on blow-mold and support equipment.Make adjustments to meet product specifications.Engage in preventive maintenance, including mold, neck, and blow pin changes.Grind excess bottle and material.Troubleshoot and resolve process problems.Prepare maintenance request forms and document equipment repairs.Prepare and document daily production reports, including rejects, regrinds, line efficiencies, and other metrics.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operating, particularly with blow molding and plastic molds.Comfortable working around manufacturing machinery, including forklifts and equipment.Ability to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Strong troubleshooting and minor maintenance skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious machine operating experience is a plus.Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Why Work Here?Join our team to enjoy benefits when you transition to a direct hire. The role requires attention to detail and a focus on safety while working around machinery.
