This person may use several different machines throughout the day. The metal shop supports several other departments, including tube fabrication, wall fabrication, furniture fabrication, and the assembly line.Key ResponsibilitiesAdheres to all safety policies and proceduresFollows all pre-established installation and quality methods, procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency of workReads order-specific job travelers and/or engineered drawings to ensure each order is produced to specificationsUses various industrial machines, such as shear, press, roller, etc.
