As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining optimal machine performance.

This position is ideal for candidates with experience in regulated environments and a strong understanding of operator maintenance programs (OMP).Key Responsibilities:Operate assigned manufacturing machines and equipment efficiently and safelyMaintain certification to independently run at least one basic machine centerPerform routine Operator Maintenance Program (OMP) tasks to ensure equipment reliabilityMonitor machine performance and report any operational issues or abnormalitiesFollow all safety, quality, and compliance standards within a regulated production environmentRequired Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar roleExperience working in a regulated environment (e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing)Knowledge of machine operations, maintenance procedures, and safety protocolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamThis is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.Title: Machine OperatorLocation: Parsons, Kansas 67357Duration: 9+ months ContractShift: 2nd Shift; M-F; 3pm - 11pm (Will train on 1st Shift before moving to 2nd)Pay Range: $15.00/hr. - $16.60/hr.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
