Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Machine Mill Operator:Maintain assigned work areas at the highest possible cleanliness and organized levelOperate and maintain the production line equipment in the absence of the Operator IILoad and unload tandem trucks at elevators or storage sitesLearn and assist in the training of all employees assigned to department daily, as well as Operator II responsibilitiesMonitor rolling stock and storage sites for accurate and status of bins and grain handling equipmentBag 25–50-pound bags of sunflower product on a continuous basisEnsure all assigned paperwork is completed correctly dailyMaintain a high level of personal and environmental safetyMaintain and promote communication between all departments and managementWhat You Need to Bring to the Machine Mill Operator Role:Knowledge of GMP work environmentAbility to communicate with customers clearly and concisely, both verbal and writtenAbility to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationsProficiency in basic math and computer skillsWorking knowledge of following equipment: Electronic Color Sorter, Gravities, Destoner, Electronic Scales, Package Filling Equipment, Sewing Machines, ComputerWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
