Machine Operator - OnsiteGenesis10 is currently seeking a Machine Operator - Onsite position with a major financial institution located in Cincinnati, OH. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity.
Compensation: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications.Position Overview: This role involves operating incoming mail and Falcon machines within a banking operations environment. The position requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and work a flexible schedule based on business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for routine operational and administrative work related to mail processing and data entry.Key Responsibilities:Operate incoming mail and Falcon machines, including some manual extractionAdminister defined procedures, tasks, and report preparation for documentation processingPerform routine operational and administrative work with little discretionHandle filing, recording, processing, and organization of documentationComplete tasks by following clearly defined proceduresPerform physical tasks such as standing for 8+ hours, twisting, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 20 poundsKey data accurately and efficientlyOther duties as assignedPrimary Requirements:0-1 years of experience with working knowledge of business or general office skillsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentAbility to stand for 8+ hours and lift up to 20 poundsWorks well with others in a team environmentOpen-minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environmentExcellent customer service skillsProven excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesProficient in 10-Key, able to perform with a high degree of speed and accuracyComfortable navigating multiple computer systems and applicationsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsExceptional attention to detailDesired Skills:College degreeBasic understanding of accounting principlesBasic knowledge of banking policies, procedures, and government regulationsAbility to meet production goalsOnly candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
