Machine OperatorOur client, a leading plastics manufacturing company in Omaha, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a safety-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Omaha, NE Pay Range:1st Shift: 18.00/hour2nd Shift: 19.44/hour (18.00 + 8% shift differential)3rd Shift: 20.16/hour (18.00 + 12% shift differential)What's the Job?Operate plastics manufacturing equipment while following safety, quality, and production standards.Load, unload, sort, stage, and move materials throughout the production process.Inspect finished products for quality, dimensions, defects, and specification compliance.Monitor machine performance and report equipment or process concerns to leadership.Maintain a clean, organized work area while meeting daily production goals.What's Needed?High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or military service.Ability to use basic computer systems to track production and quality information.Ability to safely lift, carry, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform frequent bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, and reaching.Previous manufacturing, machine operation, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.What's in it for me?Competitive pay of 18.00 per hour - shift differential - 2nd & 3rdAvailable Shifts: 1st Shift: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM | Friday - Tuesday2nd Shift: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM | Thursday - Monday3rd Shift: 11:30 PM - 7:30 AM | Sunday Night - Friday MorningOpportunity to gain hands-on experience in a growing manufacturing environment.Potential for overtime opportunities, including weekends and holidays.Work with a supportive team focused on safety, quality, and career development.
