This position qualifies for benefits, paid vacation & holidays, and other great perks!Duties/Responsibilities:Clean and maintain a safe work environmentAbide by standard work procedures and job safety standardsMeet quality expectations for all output producedPerform a variety of manual tasks in varying temperatures for extended periods of time, which may include lifting light to heavy materials, climbing, standing, squatting, and bendingAttention to detail is a mustCommunicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAdditional duties and/or projects may be assignedRequired Skills/Abilities:Ability to lift 50lbs., bend, squat, kneel and or stand for extended periods of timeMust be comfortable working outside in all weather conditionsAble to follow all safety proceduresEducation and Experience:Previous experience working an industrial, construction, or general labor jobAdditional education and/or certification in manufacturingForklift & Crane experience a plusMust be proficient in reading a tape measure, angle finder, and/or micrometersMust understand decimal points10 key is experience is a plusMust have some kind of machine operating experienceMust meet ASTM F standardsMust be full-leather (no fabric)Must have a built-in Metatarsal Guard (MT)
