Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

1st Shift: $19/hr
2nd Shift: $19.50/hr
3rd Shift: $20.90/hr
Pay may be higher with experience.

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator? You’ll be:

• Operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision machine parts under supervision
• Setting up and operating various types of equipment, including mass finishing equipment such as electropolish, sand blasters, tumbling, and degreasing machines
• Performing repetitive bench operations on small mechanical units or components using hand tools, assembly jigs, and fixtures
• Following established methods for assembly, diagnostics, and finishing tasks
• Maintaining quality and safety standards throughout each shift
• Accurately recording time and keeping detailed production records
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in your work area

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience operating CNC machines (preferred but not required)
• Are committed to maintaining high quality and safety standards
• Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Are able to accurately keep records and follow instructions
• Are available to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed
• Are eager to learn and develop proficiency in various manufacturing and production activities
