You'll be:Operating various card production equipment to personalize debit/credit cards per customer specificationsPerforming minor equipment maintenance and adjustments based on instructionsIndependently conducting quality inspections to meet production standardsMaintaining a clean, orderly workstation and complying with all security and production policiesIdentifying and addressing potential production and quality issuesCollaborating with other operators, technicians, and supervisory staff to achieve daily/monthly goalsThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a High School Diploma or equivalent experience (required)Possess basic computer and math skillsDemonstrate strong analytical, numerical, and reasoning abilitiesCan write routine reports and correspondenceAre comfortable interpreting instructions in various forms (written, oral, diagram, schedule)Have good communication skills (written and verbal)Are able to stand and operate machinery for 6+ hours per dayPreferably have 1-3 years' experience with mechanical abilities, safety rules, and maintenance instructions (preferred)Possess intermediate computer skillsOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
