Fiber Processing Machine OperatorPay: $18.75/hour Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule Location: Mills River, NCJob SummaryWe are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to tend fiber processing machines in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position responsible for feeding and cleaning machines, making minor adjustments, and performing baseline testing.Mechanical experience is preferred but not required.ResponsibilitiesFeed materials into fiber processing machines.Clean and maintain machines during operation.Make minor machine adjustments as needed.Perform baseline testing and monitor machine performance.Use material handling equipment.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.RequirementsDetail-oriented and dependable.Mechanical experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule.Ability to stand for the entire 12-hour shift.Ability to bend and twist approximately 20–30 times per day while carrying loads up to 20 lbs.Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.Benefits401(k) with company match up to 4%Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid Time Off – 3 weeks annuallyEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramReady to put your mechanical skills to work?
