Machine Operator (Night Shift)4 x 10 Rotating Schedule (Mon-Thu / Tue-Fri alternating weekly) Enjoy a schedule designed to support work-life balance, with every weekend off and two built-in 4-day weekends each month. This rotating schedule gives you more time for family, hobbies, travel, or simply recharging between workweeks. While occasional schedule adjustments may be needed to support production demands, weekends are generally reserved for your time away from work. Your responsibilities will include:Setting up and operating coating equipment for production runsLoading materials and adjusting machine settings to meet product specificationsMonitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing processTaking measurements and collecting samples for Quality AssuranceTroubleshooting routine equipment or process issues and working with teammates to resolve themCompleting production documentation and labeling finished productsSupporting inventory, shipping, and downstream production activities as neededMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentOperating a forklift or clamp truck if requiredContributing ideas that help improve safety, quality, and efficiencyWhat Helps You SucceedWe're looking for someone who:Enjoys hands-on work and likes staying active throughout the dayTakes pride in doing quality work and paying attention to detailsWorks well with others and contributes positively to a team environmentCommunicates effectively and is willing to ask questions and learnCan follow directions, measurements, and safety procedures carefullyHas basic math and computer skillsValues reliability, attendance, and accountabilityIs comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentCan meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and occasionally lifting to 100 poundsEducation & ExperienceManufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not requiredMechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are highly valuedExperience with manufacturing equipment, technical work, or industrial processes is a plusHigh school Diploma or GEDWhy Join Duraco?At Duraco, we believe great products are built by great teams.
