Pipe Manufacturing JobManufactures high-quality, low-cost pipe according to manufacturing specification sheets in an efficient manner while maintaining all NOV quality and safety measures.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesOperates winding machineRun DSC machineExtractor cart operationOperate impact gunUse measuring equipmentOperation of mix stationUnderstand specifications and how it relates to machine setup and productMaintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly conditionCompletes tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervisionUtilize safe work habitsWear appropriate PPEComply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines and proceduresComply with all HSE policies, guidelines and proceduresComply with all Quality policies, guidelines and proceduresOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsAbility to read pressure gaugesAbility to read labels on pipe along with specs on paperAbility to work overtime and shift work as requiredGood vision required for safe operation of forkliftStanding up to 12 hours dailyWalking up to 12 hours dailyBending/Stooping up to 12 hours dailyRepetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours dailyLifting weights up to 50 lbs.
