If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your attention to detail, this is the opportunity for you to grow your career in a leading industry.Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday, 3:00pm to 1:00amPay: $19.54, based on experienceWhat You'll Do:Set up, operate, and troubleshoot a variety of machinery including printing presses, die cutters, slitters, laminators, and finishing machines.Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and schedules to produce accurate, high-quality labels and tags.Load raw materials such as label stock, inks, and adhesives, making adjustments to meet product specifications.Conduct ongoing quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspection techniques.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment running smoothly.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and safety standards.Package and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.Required Skills:Strong attention to detail and quality control.Ability to read measuring devices and follow detailed work instructions.Basic mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and efficiently under deadlines.Willingness to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform manual tasks with dexterity.Nice to Have Skills:Experience operating manufacturing, printing, or flexographic equipment.Previous work in label, packaging, or related industries.Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.Preferred Education and Experience:High school diploma or GED preferred.1-3 years of relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.Other Requirements:Work in a production environment with exposure to machinery, noise, inks, and adhesives.Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, hearing protection, and safety shoes.Ability to distinguish colors for quality inspection.Step into a role that offers growth, stability, and the satisfaction of producing essential products.
