We offer stable, full-time employment, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced industrial environment.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Machine Operator Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 17.25 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available (Monday through Friday)Operate and monitor retread machinery while following safety and production procedures.Load and unload materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.Inspect products and equipment during operation to ensure quality and performance standards are met.Report machine issues, production concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with overall facility housekeeping.Machine Operator Qualifications:Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Manufacturing Associate, General Laborer, or in a related industrial environment.Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift and perform frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and prolonged standing.Comfortable working in a very hot manufacturing environment and following all safety procedures.Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, for safety and operational purposes.Must be able to commute reliably to Madison, TN; successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check; and provide a current resume or complete work history upon request.Applicant may be subject to a background check.
