Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM)Pay: $20.00/hr Location: Hendersonville, NCAre you someone who takes pride in precision, enjoys working with your hands, and likes seeing the results of a job well done? We're looking for a reliable Machine Operator to join a fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing team!What You'll Do:Operate wire-drawing machines to produce wire with accurate size, smooth finish, and proper strengthRead and follow work instructions, set up machinery, and select the right materials for each jobPerform quality checks, spool and tag finished products, and prepare them for shippingUse micrometers, small hand tools, and wire welders for fuse/butt weldingSafely operate hoists, pulleys, and guides to move materialsEnter production data into the system accuratelyFollow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work areaLift and carry up to 50 lbs. as neededBe flexible for overtime when production is busyWhat We're Looking For:Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferredStrong attention to detail and mechanical know-howAbility to read instructions and use measurement toolsDependable, safety-minded, and ready to be part of a great teamIf you're ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career, we'd love to hear from you!
