Machine OperatorWe're seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery, ensure quality output, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Operate and adjust production machines to maintain quality and speed.Complete required paperwork and data entry.Review job specs and materials per customer requirements.Communicate production and maintenance issues to leads.Perform basic machine maintenance and assist other operators.Support 5S and continuous improvement activitiesRequirements:Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.Basic math and mechanical skills; experience with hand tools and calipers.Ability to follow SOPs and work well with others.Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.Preferred:High school diploma or equivalent.2+ years in manufacturing and machine operation experience.
