Machine Operator And CNC MachinistWe are seeking dedicated Machine Operators and CNC Machinists to join our team. These positions require candidates to comply with ITAR regulations. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating production machines, while CNC Machinists will focus on operating manual lathe machines and assembling components.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate various production machines according to work instructions.Load materials into machines and monitor production runs.Submit initial pieces for approval and collaborate with engineering and quality teams.Continue production upon approval, ensuring all specifications are met.Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.Perform basic quality inspections using rulers, measuring devices, and visual inspection techniques.Monitor machine performance and report any issues to supervisors.Follow production schedules while meeting quality and throughput expectations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Operate and work with manual lathe machines (for CNC Machinists).Assemble and machine components to meet production specifications.Read and follow work instructions and the person hand and power tools to complete assembly and machining tasks.Follow all safety and quality procedures.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operating and CNC machining.Ability to read and follow work instructions.Proficiency with hand and power tools.Basic quality inspection skills using measuring tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with micrometers, gauges, and blueprints is advantageous.Previous experience in operating machines and CNC equipment.A strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.Why Work Here?Join a team that values precision and quality.
