You'll be:Operating various machinery to form and assemble parts according to customer specifications and manufacturing plans.Reading and understanding specifications, following verbal and written instructions.Maintaining housekeeping and health and safety standards on the manufacturing floor.Supporting teamwork, continuous improvement initiatives, and company quality and environmental certifications.Reporting to the Shift Supervisor or Team Leader and following proper procedures when quality issues arise.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required).Can read and follow work and machine operation instructions accurately.Have strong verbal and written communication skills.Are able to stand for 8 hours a day and work safely in a manufacturing environment.Value teamwork and are committed to maintaining high quality standards.What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
