You'll operate metal-processing equipment, perform finishing tasks, and ensure all parts meet quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate metal fabrication and finishing equipment, including grinders, sanders, polishers, and CNC or manual machineryPerform deburring, sanding, polishing, and surface finishing on metal componentsInspect parts for accuracy, defects, and quality complianceRead and interpret basic blueprints, work orders, and production specificationsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow safety protocols and report equipment issues promptlyAssist with material handling and workflow as neededQualificationsPrevious experience in metal finishing, machining, or manufacturing preferredAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
