Your work directly impacts product quality, safety, and on-time delivery for the manufacturing team. This is an onsite role on 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform repetitive machine operations such as cutting, shaping, deburring, forming, drilling, reaming and smoothing partsAlign and fasten parts using standard fixtures and established methodsVisually inspect parts for burrs, damage, and conformance to specifications using gauges and measuring instrumentsRemove burrs, sharp edges, tool marks, cracks, or other irregularities from machined partsAccurately and regularly perform Statistical Process Control (SPC) requirementsRead analog and digital measurement tools (MICS/COMPArators/Profilometer)Observe safety rules and maintain a clean, orderly work areaPerform related responsibilities and rework parts as neededHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum 1–2 years of general or related machine shop experience or demonstrated ability to perform the described responsibilitiesManual machining experience and demonstrated manual dexterityAbility to read and understand blueprintsWorking knowledge of machine shop mathematicsEffective English verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with others and be a participative team playerHere's What Else Might Help You OutStrong lathe backgroundExperience with SPC and precision measurement instrumentsPay Rate$23.25Ready to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
