Job Description
We have openings for both 1st and 2nd shifts for the role of Machine Operator. The 1st shift operates from 7am to 4pm, while the 2nd shift runs from 3pm to 12am or 1am. Candidates must be open to overtime. The position includes setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery and equipment, as well as performing routine quality checks. Successful candidates will undergo training on the 1st shift for a period of 2-4 weeks. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment.
* Perform routine quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
* Read and interpret basic work instructions, blueprints, or production documents.
* Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain product quality.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
* Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production standards.
* Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or improvements.
