Position Summary
We're hiring a reliable Machine Operator to oversee our cup and lid production lines. This role is key to operating equipment, testing product quality, packing cases, and recording shift metrics.
Available Shifts:
* Day: M-F | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
* Swing: M-F | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
* Graveyard: M-F | 12:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Core Responsibilities
* Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
* Perform routine quality tests; pause production immediately if inferior product is identified.
* Confirm correct packaging and labeling for scheduled jobs.
* Maintain a clean, hazard-free work area at all times.
* Enter output numbers and downtime into the company computer at shift end.
* Support leads and managers with additional plant tasks as needed.
Requirements & Physical Demands
* English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) for documentation purposes (Required).
* 1 year of manufacturing machine-tending experience (Preferred).
* Ability to lift/manually handle cases weighing up to 50 lbs.
* Capability to perform physical movement (standing, walking, bending, reaching) for 8+ hours.
