Machine OperatorOur client is currently in search of skilled and experienced machine operators to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in a manufacturing or production environment, demonstrating a stable work history.
Key responsibilities include setting up and changing over extrusion lines, operating extrusion lines, including single screw and twin screw, and the line sub systems such as pumps, blowers, pelletizers, and temperature controllers. Additionally, handling raw materials and finished goods, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and completing accurate documentation for each batch are required. Proficiency in working with hand tools and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. are essential. Previous experience in a manufacturing setting, knowledge of extrusion processes, forklift operation experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are preferred. Motivated candidates will receive training on-site.
Experience with twin-screw extruders would be advantageous. The schedule is 1st shift, Monday to Friday, from 6:00am to 2:00pm. If you meet the requirements and are looking to join a hard working team, we encourage you to apply.
