Machine Operator / InspectorThis role focuses on assembling and inspecting electronic components and circuit boards in a production environment. You will perform detailed hand assembly work, follow electronic blueprints and schematics, and use light hand tools to build and test wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and housing for printed circuit boards in accordance with customer specifications and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesMount electronic components onto circuit boards with precision and consistency.Perform visual inspection of circuit boards to ensure they meet established quality specifications.Conduct light testing as needed to verify correct soldering and overall functionality.Complete daily hand assembly of housing for printed circuit boards according to customer orders.Assemble wire harnesses and cable assemblies following documented procedures and diagrams.Use light hand tools safely and effectively to perform assembly tasks.Read and interpret electronic blueprints and schematics to guide assembly and inspection work.Work efficiently on an assembly line or production setting to meet output and quality goals.Assist with packaging of finished electronic products as required.Follow all safety guidelines and quality procedures throughout the assembly and inspection process.Essential SkillsAt least 6 months of electronic assembly experience.Ability to perform detailed mechanical and electronic assembly tasks.Proficiency in reading and interpreting electronic blueprints and schematics.Comfort using light hand tools for assembly in a production environment.Strong attention to detail for visual inspection and quality verification.Ability to perform light testing to confirm correct soldering and basic functionality.Capability to work on an assembly line and meet production targets.Reliable adherence to safety and quality procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with wire harness and cable assembly is a plus.Willingness to learn advanced assembly areas and new certifications.Interest in developing skills that support advancement into warehouse or lead roles.Why Work Here?You join a company that offers clear opportunities for growth into higher-level assembly areas with increased pay and advancement potential.
