Duplicating Machine Operator / Mail Room ClerkTwin City Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated duplicating machine operator / mail room clerk for a growing facility in Saint Paul. This machine operator / mail room role requires operating duplicating equipment, inserting envelopes, monitoring mailings, and other duties as assigned.Location: Saint Paul, MNWage: $18 – $23/hr.Hours: Part-time flexible, days 20 – 32 hours a week Monday – FridayDuties of the Duplicating Machine Operator / Mail Room:Operate duplicating equipment (color/high-speed copy machines)Operate peripheral equipment including drill press, electric and manual cutter, stitcher, collator, folding, and envelope inserting equipmentAssemble daily mailing and deliver to bulk mail centerComplete work orders, records, and up-date progress; maintains print files, plates, and related materialMaintain inventory of paper stock and other material; requisitions and stocks supply as requiredPlace calls for service, mail pick-up, job delivery, and contact customers when neededQualifications of the Machine Operator / Mail Room:1 year of relevant experienceExperience in mail assemblyProficiency with high-speed copiers and computer-to-plate processesExperience with collating, folding, and envelope insertingAbility to lift 50 lbs.Apply now!
