Direct hire!Trillium Staffing is currently seeking experienced machine operators to join a growing manufacturing team in the area. This is a hands-on opportunity for a machine operator who takes pride in ownership, quality, and keeping equipment running at peak performance.In this role, the machine operator will be responsible for completing machine changeovers and setups for new production runs, making necessary machine adjustments, troubleshooting equipment issues, and performing quality checks and first-piece inspections. You will monitor assigned machines throughout production to ensure consistent output and high-quality standards.
This is a full-time, direct hire position with a well-established manufacturer that offers in-house training, strong benefits, and a family-like work environment.The 2nd shift hours are Monday - Friday from 3:00pm - 11:00 pm and 3rd shift hours are Sunday through Thursday 11:00 pm - 7:00 am. Pay is $24–$28+ per hour based on experience, plus a $1.25/hour shift premium.Qualifications:2–3+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environmentPrevious machine operator experience is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude requiredMachine setup and troubleshooting experienceGeneral machine maintenance background a strong plus, but not requiredTrillium has been recruiting and placing professionals for over 30 years.
