In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting extrusion equipment while ensuring production and quality standards are consistently met.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate extrusion machinery safely and efficientlyMonitor equipment performance and make adjustments as neededFollow product specifications, work instructions, and company proceduresRead scales and measurements to accurately mix and measure color formulationsTroubleshoot equipment issues and perform minor repairs using hand toolsMaintain production targets while ensuring product quality standards are achievedComplete in-process quality inspections and documentationAccurately enter production data into the company databaseRequired QualificationsPrevious machine operation experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to set up, adjust, and operate production equipmentBasic math skills, including multiplication and division (calculator permitted)Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to identify and resolve equipment issues efficientlyPreferred QualificationsPrior extrusion machine operation experienceMechanical maintenance or repair experienceExperience following raw material mixing procedures and cycle timesFamiliarity with production reporting and data entryExperience using hand tools in a manufacturing settingWhy Join Our Team?We offer the culture and support of a smaller company with the stability and opportunities of a growing organization.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Loveland, CO.The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
