Machine OperatorJoin a leading electronic automotive manufacturer that specializes in producing OEM electronic parts for some of the biggest automotive names in the industry.ResponsibilitiesWork from specific verbal and written instructions to perform tasks.Make routine adjustments and setups of equipment based on defined variables such as length, temperature, or process speed.Load raw materials into the machine, conduct minor changeovers, monitor machine operations, and inspect completed parts to maintain job specifications.Maintain and clean machines before and after each shift.Keep accurate activity logs.Participate in cross-training activities for related positions.Support and participate in the company’s management and quality system, including continuous improvement efforts.Report any problems or non-conforming products to the group leader or supervisor.Implement environmental policy as it pertains to work activities.Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of enumerated activities.Stand comfortably for the entire 8-hour shift.Have excellent visual acuity to identify defects and manual dexterity to handle small components.Lift materials mostly under fifteen pounds.Experience working in a fantastic environment with state-of-the-art facilities that are meticulously clean, organized, climate-controlled, and well-lit. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
