Position: Machine Operator
* 1st shift (Night): 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. This employee's workweek would begin Sunday evening at 11:00 PM and conclude Friday morning at 7:00 AM. Hourly rate is $23.40
* 2nd Shift (Day): 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hourly rate is $19.50
* 3rd Shift (Afternoon): 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Hourly rate is $22.43

Responsibilities
* Operate and troubleshoot manual, semi-automatic, and automatic production machines
* Package, label, and carton products with accuracy
* Perform quality inspections to meet high standards
* Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment
* Participate in daily 5S activities to eliminate waste and improve efficiency
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1+ year experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
* Ability to quickly learn new skills and adapt to processes
* Basic math skills and experience using measuring tools
* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift
Skills
* Machine operation and troubleshooting
* Packaging, labeling, and cartoning
* Quality inspection and safety compliance
* Basic math and measurement proficiency
* Manual and automatic machinery familiarity
