Machine Operator - Start ASAP - $25/HourThe Production Associate cuts rubber sleeves into individual belts, operates production machinery and material handling equipment, and supports warehouse activities to ensure accurate sorting, stocking, and shipment of products. This role combines machine operation with general warehouse tasks in a clean, climate-controlled environment.ResponsibilitiesBring in rubber sleeves and cut them into individual rubber belts according to specifications.Operate production machines to create rubber belts safely and efficiently.Operate an overhead crane to move and position heavy parts and materials.Operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the warehouse and production area.Separate and sort nested sleeves with mixed part numbers into correct part types before stocking.Stock sorted parts in designated locations and maintain organized inventory storage.Use handheld scanners, RF devices, or warehouse systems to pick, pack, and verify orders.Navigate simple inventory software to input, update, and verify data accurately.Perform general labor tasks such as packing, packaging, unloading, and assisting with shipping and receiving.Follow established production procedures and machine operation guidelines to meet quality and performance standards.Manipulate parts that may weigh up to 80 pounds using appropriate tools and equipment, without manual lifting beyond safe limits.Stay on your feet and move through the warehouse and production areas throughout the shift.Adhere to all safety policies, including use of hearing protection and safe operation of forklifts, cranes, and machinery.Work independently to complete assigned tasks while contributing to overall team productivity.SkillsAt least 6 months of experience operating a forklift or overhead crane.Ability to safely operate a forklift in a warehouse or production environment.Ability to safely operate an overhead crane to move and position materials.Experience with general labor tasks such as picking, order selecting, packing, and production work.Ability to use handheld scanners, RF devices, or warehouse systems for inventory and order processing.Basic machine operation skills in a production or manufacturing setting.Ability to navigate simple inventory software and correctly input or verify data.Capability to stay on your feet for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and manipulate heavier parts with equipment assistance.Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail when sorting parts, verifying part numbers, and checking inventory data.Why Work Here?You will work in an organized, clean, and climate-controlled facility that supports your comfort and safety.
