In this role, you will build and assemble components using drawings, tools, and work instructions while rotating across multiple stations.This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or general labor experience looking for steady work, competitive pay, and multiple shift options.Key ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret dimensional drawings and blueprintsAssemble units including casings, frames, and A-coilsUse hand and power tools such as:Impact gunsPliersWrenchesRoute wiring and connect sub-assembliesRotate between workstations as neededInspect parts and identify/report defectsTrack and record completed workFollow all safety and production guidelinesRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience in assembly, production, or general laborComfortable using hand and power toolsAbility to read a tape measure accuratelyBasic blueprint or drawing interpretation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and qualityJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.23 - $25.73/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
