Title: Machine Operator
FLSA: Non-Exempt
General Summary :
* As a Machine operator you will be responsible for a variety of machine-specifics functions. The listed below are including but are not limited to.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
* * Identify, confirm, and prioritize work to be performed
* Set up machinery and perform tool changes as needed
* Ability to perform changeovers
* Load programs/inputs into the machine control
* Operators perform daily PMs on machinery and equipment used
* Use proper tools on the machine
* Bunch, label, and stage parts for the next manufacturing process
* Perform and record daily preventative maintenance on machines
* Practice exceptional housekeeping
* Understand lock out, tag out

Job Qualifications :
* Experience: Machine operator experience is preferred
* Forklift experience preferred (will certify in-house)
* Blueprint reading skills
* The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions
* Detailed oriented
* Computer skill
* Good communication skills
* General labor skills
Physical Requirements for the job
* Ability to move at least 50lbs
* Ability to stand and use hand tools 8-10hrs per day
* Wear the necessary PPE for the position
