This position is responsible for operating production equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting daily production goals in a safe, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with machinery.
Responsibilities include:Operating manufacturing equipment according to production specifications and work instructions.Setting up, monitoring, and making basic adjustments to machines to ensure efficient operation.Performing routine quality inspections and verifying products meet company standards.Troubleshooting minor machine issues and communicating larger concerns to maintenance or supervisors.Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production equipment.Reading and following blueprints, work orders, and production documentation.Recording production data and maintaining accurate documentation.Keeping equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe.Working closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to meet daily production goals.Following all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.Assisting with additional manufacturing duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn new equipment and processes.Experience using hand tools, measuring devices, or reading blueprints is a plus.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
