We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, short term disability, and life insurance for full time employees.Responsibilities For Machine OperatorSet up machinery for operationStart machinery and make adjustments to machinery when necessary to improve performanceOperate machinery and equipment according to instructionsTroubleshoot issues and perform maintenancePerform quality control, follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures, and report problems to supervisorComply with all safety and health regulationsClean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work areaQualifications For Machine OperatorHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility, or similar relevant experience - preferredMust be detail-orientedUnderstanding of production and plant processesAbility to follow written and oral instructionsAbility to work in a teamAbility to lift 25-30lbsAbility to stand up to 12 hours per shiftWillingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends, and overtime if necessary)
