You'll be:Operating various manual and CNC machines with clearly defined processes.Following written and verbal instructions, including basic blueprints or mechanical drawings.Recognizing machining or manufacturing problems to ensure defect-free parts.Performing accurate measurement tasks using devices like calipers and micrometers.Learning and conducting preventative maintenance on tools, equipment, and machines.Assisting with other duties and special projects as assigned, reporting to the operations team.This job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have at least one year of work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Possess basic blueprint reading skills (preferred).Are familiar with basic metrology tools such as calipers and micrometers (preferred).Can follow verbal and written instructions and use shop math.Are able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for 10 hours per shift.Are not seeking employer-based sponsorship.What happens next?Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
