* Operate and monitor machines during assigned shifts (shift premiums available)
* Review work orders and handle materials using appropriate equipment
* Measure and record key parameters using micrometers and calipers
* Adjust machine settings and tooling to correct defects and improve quality
* Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety protocols
Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* 1-3 years of machine operation experience (manufacturing preferred)
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
* Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills
Skills
* CNC machine operation and basic troubleshooting
* Mechanical measurement (micrometers, calipers)
* Adjusting machine settings/tooling and inspecting parts
* Material handling and safety compliance
* Documenting mechanical issues to support timely repairs
