Machine OperatorPosition: Machine OperatorShifts: 1st shift, 2nd shift, 3rd shiftCompensation: $15-$18 per hour (based on shift)Job Summary:As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery in a manufacturing setting. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines, while also meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Set up and operate machines according to specifications and production requirementsMonitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and efficiencyPerform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to keep them in good working conditionTroubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during productionInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processesKeep accurate records of production and machine maintenance activitiesQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environmentFamiliarity with machine maintenance and troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentGood physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 poundsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work different shifts and overtime as neededLocation: Lansing, MI
