Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining optimal machine performance and productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor a variety of production equipment and machineryPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure proper functioningAssist with the assembly, loading, and unloading of materials and productsMaintain accurate records and documentation related to production activitiesAdhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environmentCollaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvementsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar light industrial roleStrong mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical manualsProficient in the use of hand tools and measuring equipmentExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWorking Conditions This position is located in our production facility and may involve exposure to noise, vibrations, and other typical manufacturing conditions. The schedule is typically Monday to Friday, with the potential for occasional overtime as needed.
