The right candidate must be able to travel to WI for the initial training.What You'll Do:Safely set up and operate lamination machineryMonitor production to ensure consistent quality at the sourceSupport continuous improvement initiatives on the floorComplete each product to customer specificationsRequirements:Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shiftAbility to lift 5–50 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, twisting, pulling, crouching, and kneelingComfortable use of hands and wrists throughout the shiftAbility to travel for initial training
