Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
