Join our team for a consistent schedule in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation & Monitoring: Operate and continuously monitor machinery during production cycles to ensure optimal performance, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards. Make minor adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency.Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections of finished workpieces using engineering blueprints and precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers, to verify compliance with strict specifications. Document any deviations or quality issues.Material Management: Accurately load, secure, and align various raw materials (e.g., steel, plastic) into machinery, preparing for efficient production runs and minimizing waste.Machine Operator Qualifications:1+ years experience as a Machine Operator in a production or manufacturing setting.Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints or technical drawings.Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments, including micrometers and calipers, for quality inspection.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employmentA conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
