Blow Molding Machine OperatorAerotek is hiring for blow molding machine operators in a brand new manufacturing facility in Kenosha!Job Description:Operate one of two blow molding machines in a production setting, working alongside another machine operator.Keep the blow molding machines running smoothly and consistently, maintaining targeted 70-second cycle times.Monitor machine performance and respond quickly to minor malfunctions to minimize downtime.Perform regular visual inspections of products and equipment to identify defects or issues.Ensure raw materials are stocked and loaded correctly to support continuous production.Essential Skills:1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing or production environment.1 year of experience troubleshooting equipment or systems in a production setting.1 year of experience performing visual inspections to verify product quality and detect defects.Shift Schedule:2nd shift is 2 PM to 10 PM, Monday through Friday (+ $0.50/hour shift premium)3rd shift is 10 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday (+ $1.00/hour shift premium)These roles are open due to growth within the company!
