Kendallville, INAs our Machine Operator, you will:Operate the machine and lead the overall product outcome associated with machineEnsure that product is produced to customer requirementsEnsure that machines are running at the best possible speed while not sacrificing safety or qualityVerify and communicate both product standards and work standards to execute productionParticipate in Continuous Improvement activities that improve the work centers performanceWork in a team environment and cross-train with othersReceive training to help advance your careerPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 poundsMust be able to stand for the entire duration of your shiftQualifications:Ability to lift and carry 20 to 50 poundsAbility to stand for the entire duration of your shiftExperience – Previous machine experience preferredMust be able to achieve productivity ratesAttention to detail, good communication skills, and comfortable with computer applicationsAbility to use a ruler properlyAbility to work in teams or alone, ability to motivate other team membersDiscover What Makes Kendallville Special Opened 12 years ago as a digital plant, our Kendallville site combines innovation with small-town charm.
