Machine OperatorHiFyve is hiring a machine operator for a packaging facility!Pay: $19–24/hrShift: 2nd Shift – 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday–ThursdayLocation: Kansas City, KSJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor folder gluer machinery used in packaging productionPerform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers for different packaging specificationsEnsure proper alignment, folding, gluing, and bonding of materialsMonitor production quality and make adjustments to maintain product specifications and production targetsConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on folder gluer equipmentTroubleshoot minor mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, or electrical issues related to the machineMaintain accurate production records and operational logsFollow all safety procedures and company manufacturing standardsReport equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptlyWork with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime and improve machine efficiencyEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrior experience operating folder gluer machines is requiredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHands-on experience with folder gluer equipment in a packaging environmentStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityUnderstanding of machine setup, adjustments, and production quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to safetyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
