Machine Operator - Injection Molding - $23/hour+We are searching for an Injection Molding Machine Operator for a company in Garden Grove, CA.Key Responsibilities:Operate plastic molding machines, activate machine to inject dies, put dies in machine, and coat dies with parting agentCalculate dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers, Vernier calipers, and optical comparatorLoad set-up programs into the machine's controls and ensure conformance to specificationsProduces parts by following the work orders, blueprints, and customer specificationsRemove cured products from mold, cut off excess material, and inspect products for surface defects and flawsEliminate production of defective parts and products as well as inform supervisors and team leads when machinery needs repairFill machine hoppersPerform other duties as neededQualifications:2+ year of experience in a manufacturing environmentPrior injection molding experience is highly preferredHS Diploma or GED is requiredMust be able to lift up to 40 lbsMust be able to read, understand, and follow written materials including job ordersExcellent attention to detail
