Machine Operator
Pay : $18.00/hr

Location : Indianapolis, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator for our Creative Packaging Solutions Inc. client to start immediately at $18.00/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to meet daily targets
* Perform quality checks and remove products that don't meet specifications
* Count, measure, and record production outputs accurately
* Load raw materials and keep machines supplied throughout the shift
* Perform basic machine adjustments and report maintenance needs
* Maintain a clean work area following safety and GMP standards
Qualifications
* Prior manufacturing experience as a machine operator (required)
* Basic math skills: counting, measuring, simple calculations
* Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 50 lbs
* Attention to detail with a quality-first mindset
* Reliable attendance and flexibility to work occasional overtime
Skills
* Machine operation and setup
* Food packaging and FDA standards
* Quality checks and documentation
* Safe handling of raw materials
* Knowledge of GMP and food safety requirements
